You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@nova-ave.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping CostsCustomers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
